DOA seeks to procure the following services (“Services”): The Operation and Maintenance of two (2) aviation fuel farms. The City Fuel Farm which processes historically 282 million gallons of aviation fuel annually and the Federal Inspection Systems (FIS) farm which processes historically 342 million gallons of aviation fuel annually and all associated tasks. Also the operation of three (3) Ground support equipment (GSE) fueling islands, located and known as the North Cargo GSE fuel point, Concourse D-South Fuel Island and North Deicing, these three facilities provide a combined historically 473K gallons of gasoline and historically 448K gallons of diesel annually to the airport’s various tenants.
